"Being as thin as it is, we expected this stem to do poorly in stiffness testing, but this proved not to be the case. It ranked highly in our deflection testing and felt mighty stiff out on the road. 

Tipping in at 147g for the 120mm size, this stem is 3D forged into a hexagonal shape from 2014 aluminium and then wrapped with layers of carbon composite.

The threads for the stainless bolts were snug and smooth, with quality rounded edge washers under the head of each bolt, too – it’s the little touches that make it stand out, not just the price tag."
