The All New Warhead seatpost from Nuke Proof combines state of the art manufacturing processes with high grade aluminium to produce a lightweight but very strong seatpost. The one piece shaft and lower clamp assembly are cold forged for optimum strength then CNC machined which results in superior strength and fatigue resistance at this critical high stress area ensuring rider safety and eliminating the chance of component failure.

An elliptical internal bore further increases the strength to weight ratio by removing unnecessary material in key areas without compromising the structural integrity of the shaft.
The upper clamp and rail assembly are manufactured from cold forged aluminium for optimum strength and offers infinite adjustability to guarantee the perfect seating position every time.
